This dress is from the book Sewing Clothes Kids Love Sewing Patterns and Instructions for Boy's and Girl's Outfits by Nancy J.S.Langdon and Sabine Pollehn. This is the Manhattan Special Occasion Dress. Years ago my friend found me about 20 yards of this light purple velveteen for about $5 at a garage sale, shout out to you Patricia, you garage sale queen. I swear she finds the best bargains. I used up a lot but still have about half of it left.
