Teresa's school allows only storybook characters for Halloween costumes. This is what I made for her October ,2011. It's all duct tape. To make the flowers and dragon flies I put the duct tape on wax paper, cut them out, peel off the wax paper and then place on the background. Easy, easy. Just have to make sure you peel off your design quickly as it will end up sticking to the wax paper. This costume won Best of Show in the Duct Tape category in the September 2012 OK State Fair. I didn't have it done to put in last years show.
