I made these wine bottle covers for the first auction I was in charge of. February 5, 2010. I went to the thrift store and bought 20 men's shirts in blues. I cut the sleeve off and sewed the bottom, tied a little bandanna, stuck a straw hat on top, put a gold star with the wine bottle number, and presto- instant cute. I made 40 of them and they sold out in 30 minutes.
