This isn't Washi dress but don't we look cute all steampunked up? |
This was my first Washi. It is quilting cotton. I made a full bust adjustment and dropped the waistline by 2" |
This Washi is made with flannel and I used fabric and sheer ribbon for the rosettes. This has the full bust adjustment and dropped waistline. |
This Washi started as a different dress that went wrong but was saved by becoming a Washi. There is a band in the back but no shirring or elastic. It is cotton lawn. |

The Washi Dress is really easy to make, very versatile and very comfortable.
They even have pockets. They really do flatter any figure.
I have used the necklines for other dresses that weren't working and it saved them.
I'm trying to make the majority of my own clothing and
the Washi Dress is becoming a staple of my wardrobe.
